ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
All the partners will be acknowledged in the final program, on-site and on the meeting website.
Partnership items will be defined upon request, and the fist choice will be given according to the amount of investment.
EXHIBITION:
The exhibition will take place in the CASABLANCA MARRIOTT HOTE.
The organizing committee reserves the right of changing the floor plan if deemed necessary.
The exhibition space will be allocated on a « first come, first served » basis.
Privileged booth position will be assigned according to the Partner package level.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PARTNERSHIP DOES NOT INVOLVE ORGANIZING ANY SOCIAL OR GALA DINNER
LUNCH SYMPOSIUM:
The Partners will have the opportunity to organize a 60 minutes symposium for the congress
delegates in the main auditorium.
The followings are included in the package:
- Hall rental, standard audio/video equipment and staff assistance in the room
- Inclusion of the symposium program on the website and in the final program.
- 1 single A4 page bag insert with the invitation to the symposium
- Possibility of sending an invitation e-mail through the congress organizer to the participants
- Enhanced company description and logo with hyperlink on the congress website

50% deposit upon confirmation
